Call for Proposals
The request for proposals for the 2026 Convention & Tradeshow is now open. All proposals must be submitted by 11:59 pm on Friday, August 7, 2026.
Theme
Proposals should relate to the 2026 Convention & Tradeshow theme, Lighting the Path: Staying Grounded, Sparking Opportunity. Programming will focus on leading with clarity, strengthening student success, and advancing innovative solutions. Participants will engage in work that is both strategic and relevant.

- This track focuses on what’s working, what’s needed, and what truly moves the needle on student success across Iowa’s diverse populations.

- Innovation + Action
- This track highlights creative solutions, emerging practices, and collaborative efforts that are opening new doors for students and institutions alike.
Sponsor Participation
If an outside entity (i.e. non-Community College) is approved for the program, then they must become a sponsor, even if co-presenting with a Community College. To learn more about our sponsorship opportunities, click here. No session in the program is guaranteed for sponsors unless they are at the Platinum Sponsorship level.
